Questions from Info Day 2nd Feb 2019

Thank you to everybody who came to the Information Day to find out more about our Club and register for 2019. Some answers to the more commonly asked questions:

Registration for every junior player this year includes a pair of socks and a training shirt.

Yes, our Miniroos registrations are one of the cheapest in the NSFA. Our aim is to provide children with the best access to the game at a low cost.

Yes, we do have a skills development program during the season. This is run within the Club by qualified coaches from the NSFA under their XLR8 Player Development program. The program was very successful last year and will run for 8 weeks from 3rd May.

No, our XLR8 skills development program is not compulsory and is not included in our registration fees. This allows us to keep our fees low and allows your child to enjoy the game at the level that suits them best.

No, we do not have a specific training day and time for each age group. Once teams are allocated we will discuss with everybody involved to work out a training schedule most suitable for the coach and players of each team. We work to fit into your busy schedule where possible.

Our teams are coached by parent volunteers who are supported by our two Club Coach Coordinators.

Yes, we do have Girls teams. With strong interest from girls wanting to join Asquith Soccer Club in 2019, the number of girls teams from Miniroos through to Under 16 will be increasing. From Under 6 to Under 18, we have the right team for your child.

Yes, you can apply the Active Kids Rebate to the registration. If you wish to use the Active Kids Rebate you will need to redeem the voucher at Service NSW before you begin your registration. Our advertised fees do not include the Active Kids Rebate. The Active Kids Rebate only makes our already low fees even cheaper.

Yes, registrations can be done online at http://asquithsc.org.au/club-registration/

The registration process is easy and takes less than 10 minutes.

You know your child better than anybody else so why not join The Friendly Club where you can decide what suits them best.
