Asquith FC – School Newsletter Discount Offer

Terms & Conditions

Asquith FC is pleased to offer a $20 discount on 2026 Miniroos registrations for families who complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the exclusive school newsletter QR code.

By completing an EOI and/or using the discount code, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility & Access

• The EOI can only be accessed via the official QR code provided in participating school newsletters.
• The EOI must be completed before 11:59pm on 31 December 2025.
• Only one (1) EOI per player is permitted.
• The discount offer is valid for Miniroos registrations only (Under 6 to Under 11) for the 2026 season.
• Age groups for 2026 follow the Football NSW system, where a child’s age group is based on the age they turn in 2026.
• Completion of an EOI does not guarantee a position in a particular team or age group.

Discount Codes

• Eligible parents will receive a unique, single-use discount code in January 2026 once registrations open.
• Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used for the child named in the EOI.
• The discount code cannot be used with any other offer, promotion, rebate, or club discount, except for the Asquith FC Earlybird Offer.
• The discount code must be entered at the time of online registration.
• The discount cannot be applied after registration has been completed.
• Discount codes expire on 19 February 2026.
• The discount code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or refund.

Registration Requirements

• The discount applies only to registrations completed online via PlayFootball.
• Registration must be completed with full payment for the discount to apply.
• The discount does not apply to upgrades, transfers, or re-grading fees.

Email & Information Accuracy

• Parents are responsible for ensuring the email address and details entered in the EOI are accurate.
• Lost, misdirected, or undeliverable discount codes caused by incorrect email details may not be reissued.
• Asquith FC reserves the right to verify EOI information before issuing a discount code.

General Conditions

• The offer is only available to families who access the EOI via the school newsletter QR code—it will not be available on the club website or social media.
• Asquith FC may refuse the use of a discount code if the EOI information is found to be incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, or fraudulent.
• Asquith FC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer if required (without affecting codes already issued).
• By completing the EOI, parents consent to being contacted by Asquith FC for registration-related updates.
