We believe that developing young footballers is a journey, and we’re excited to continue walking side by side with JustFootball Academy, combining their specialist coaching expertise with our commitment to providing a welcoming, supportive community football environment.

One of the things we value most about our partnership is that development opportunities aren’t reserved for players selected in JDL or other development teams.

Whether you’re a boy or girl, playing U6 Miniroos or U16 Youth football, in Division 1 or Division 4, every Asquith FC player has the opportunity to take their game further.

Our JDL teams will continue to benefit from JustFootball Academy-led skills development as part of the Asquith FC Academy, while additional JustFootball Academy coaching opportunities will be available to Miniroos and Youth players across the club.

𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗧𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

JustFootball Academy’s coaching philosophy is built around helping children become more confident, capable footballers while developing a genuine enjoyment of the game.

Their approach combines technical skills, game awareness and decision-making with personal development, teamwork and respect.

With an emphasis on fun, engaging activities and plenty of time on the ball, players are encouraged to learn, challenge themselves and grow at their own pace.

It’s a philosophy that aligns closely with what we want to achieve at Asquith FC. We don’t believe a player’s development should be defined by the team they’re selected in or the division they play.

We believe in providing opportunities for every player who wants to learn and improve.

We’re also excited to see JustFootball Academy recently expand into Hornsby, making their coaching programs even more accessible to footballers throughout our local community.
